All plug-ins updated to prevent lost keystrokes in OS X when FileMaker 14 or later was performing a CPU-intensive task in the background. Some users reported lost keystrokes in earlier FM versions, but 14 and later seemed to trigger the issue far more often.
All plug-ins fixed or verified to work in OS X 10.12 Sierra.
Official support for OS X 10.5 Leopard has been discontinued, though only hotkey handling is likely to have problems in 10.5.
Windows:
Certain operations (such as error dialogs) performed in an FM Runtime running in "Kiosk" (aka full screen) mode will no longer trigger a "Failed to get FileMaker Desktop rectangle" error.
Developer Assistant v3.1:
DA's 'Evaluate' button works around a bug in FM 14-15 where FM's plug-in calculation engine can interpret "Table::Field" as if you typed "Table::Field[x]" where x is a random number. The end result of this bug was usually that 'Evaluate' would randomly return "" instead of the correct result. This "uninitialized pointer" bug has always been present in OS X FileMaker 14 and later, but DA RC2 and later happen to trigger the bug a lot more often than previous DA versions triggered it. Until FileMaker fixes the bug, a workaround that scans calculations for "Table::Field" and internally changes them to "Table::Field[1]" before evaluating them was added to DA. Note that the workaround will not fix an evaluation of "Field" not prefixed by "Table::".
DA will no longer match a horizontal ruler in the script list.
Fixed a cause of "Tried to move search cursor too far" error.
Fixed Mark and Move list lines errors if the number of lines is changed between clicking Mark and clicking Move.
Buttons linked to DA Advanced Edition features are now gold-tinted. Advanced Edition features can be hidden by unchecking 'Show Advanced Features' in the magnifying-glass menu. Additional dialogs appear at various points to clarify the differences between Standard and Advanced editions.

Hands-Free Printer v3.63:
In OS X 10.12 Sierra:
Fixed failure to find radio buttons that control which pages to print.
Fixed a random failure to start the print job that seemed to occur about 30% of the time.
In Windows:
You can now set a custom values in ComboBoxes that support typing a custom value. Previously, you were limited to setting a value that already existed in the ComboBox's dropdown menu.
