Release notes

• When installer is run in OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion, fixed inability to install without overriding default security settings and fixed installer needing to begin by closing and restarting.
• Warning is now shown to close particular copies of FileMaker that will be affected by installing/uninstalling plug-ins.
• Fixed problems associated with standard folders having been moved or deleted.
• Added instructions to PDF manual for manual installation of Mac plug-ins and new downloads to support the process.
